Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received through the SkyConnect platform. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and service plan. SkyConnect LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Mobile carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SkyConnect LLC does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages and is not responsible for any failures in message delivery caused by carrier networks or technical issues beyond our control.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use SkyConnect services or consent to receive SMS messages through our platform. By using our services you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. SkyConnect LLC does not knowingly collect information from or send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.
SkyConnect offers a 14-day free trial. By starting a trial you agree to provide valid payment information. After the trial period ends your payment method will be charged $123 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
You agree not to use SkyConnect for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair our services. You may not use our platform to send spam, harass individuals, or violate any third party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
By using SkyConnect you represent that your use of automated SMS messaging complies with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any applicable state laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SkyConnect is lawful.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of SkyConnect after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
